Software Research And Application Of The Turntable Servo System Based On VxWorks

This paper discusses how to design and develop the software based on VxWorks for the high-precision control system of turntable servo. Also, the debugging results and a number of important issues encountered in the process of designing the servo system are discussed here.Firstly, the paper introduces the hardware environment of the system and analyses the architecture of the software.And then the flowchart of software are laid out. At the same time, software tasks are divided and structure of application is constructed in this paper.Secondly, the paper illustrates the details about the design of software modules.The servo system software is divided into 3 modules: main processing module, serial proce- ssing module, and interface module. The main processing module is the most important module, it mainly involves the design of local control processing and the remote control processing. The serial processing module involves the software design of serial receiver, serial data extraction, and serial data transmission. The interface module which based on windML widget refers to the general planning of interface and the design of interface.Finally, the paper probes debugging procedures and results of the system. Accord- ing to the debugging procedures, the paper probes the influence of speed feedforward, filter algorithm and data synchronization on system dynamic performance. At the same time, the paper deals with a number of important issues, including improvement on the system's real-time, exception and hardware diagnosis, it also makes a summary of the project and points out the task to be further completed in future.
