After several years of rapid development, the scale of operations of the trust industry expanded gradually. It has become the second largest financial sector following the banking industry. However, IT development of trust companies started late as many jobs are still being operated manually. For example, account management has always been using EXCEL. Due to the lack of information systems, the efficiency of account management has been relatively low. Hence, the company is determined to establish a set of standards of trust business account management system (i.e. TA system). Firstly, the system can effectively manage customer accounts. It reduces operational risk through integrated management in product subscription, registration renewal and revenue allocation. Secondly, the system enhances data security through access permission setting to protect confidential customer information. This paper first introduces the architecture of J2EE, The key concept of open-source framework involved with technology. The paper focuses on three open-source framework. There is the Struts Spring and Hibernate. First, analyze their architecture. According to the system structure of J2EE multilevel. Combined with the main characteristics of the Web application system. The three framework for flexible use. Business logic layer using the Spring framework. I use the Struts framework in the presentation layer and use data persistence layer using Hibernate framework. Finally the application of Tomcat based on Web Service deployment. This integrated framework to make independent layers. I can reduce the coupling degree between each layer. Accelerate the speed of system development and improve the system quality. This paper is going to discuss the design and implementation of the company’s internal TA system. It includes detailed discussion on the system’s needs analysis, software design and program implementation from a software engineering perspective, providing examples and illustrations of the design and procedures of the main modules. First, the paper gives a summary of the main concepts, methods and techniques for large complex software development. Secondly, it collates and analyzes the needs of the company through a "top-down" method, and gives a specific system design model. Finally, both outline design and detailed design of the system are discussed based on the needs analysis, including database design, process design and system security aspects.
