Research And Implementation Of Tax Check Management System Of Segregated Accounts For Solutions

As today's economy booms,China is in a rare period of strategic opportunities and industrial enterprises are of very rapid development,so,the tax model is increasingly diverse;Segregated accounts for solutions of tax accounts are also increasing,which results in more and more heavy workload,traditional manual account Checking mode affected the local tax system efficiency to a certain extent.To further satisify the networking needs of tax base and to further standardize the daily account Checking of segregated accounts for solutions,we should ensure that segregated accounts for solutions are timely and fully storage,which is becoming increasingly important.Account checking of segregated accounts for solutions will effectively solve the difficult situation of account checking and improve the transparency and safety of capital operation.In this paper,by integrating use of statistical and scientific management methods,the business model of segregated accounts for solutions is established,and solutions of account checking management methods are designed and implemented.The main work is as follows:(1)This paper first introduces the account cheching management mode of tax,and defines initially some basic concepts related to accounts and account cheching management;Based on detailed needs analysis,some account cheching processes are sorted,organized and reengineered(BPR),and then some easily implemented and streamlined processes are created.(2)Based on the needs analysis,this paper finished system analysis and design for the management system of stsegregated accounts for solutions,and generated a functional model system including basic data maintenance,basic data collection,audition,accounts checking,etc.(3)This paper finished data modeling based on data analysis and generate a PD model,and then workflow technology and information visualization technology are applied to platform development process for finishing a complete platform of segregated accounts for solutions.By further analyzing the business practices of segregated accounts for solutions,the workflow technology and information visualization techniques are applied to platform construction process of segregated accounts for solutions,and some good results are achieved g.Research results of this paper provide theoretical and practical support for the platform construction of achieved g and ultimately,improve the quality of service tax authority system and enhance service quality.
