The Research And Application Of Alarm Management System In Process Industry

In the modern industrial production control,the anomalies can be protected by the alarm,in the production process,however,because of the lack of alarm management and realized optimization measures,the effective alarm are flooded in invalid or duplicate alarm,the flooded alarm has become a serious problem threatening the safety and environment of the factory.The efficient,accurate,scientific alarm management is very important to enhance the safety in production and operation of the factory,and also the foundation for the further optimization,control and fault diagnosis.In the view of the above problems,optimizing the alarm reducing the invalid alarm numbers,configured the alarm rules,advanced alarm trend forecast,comprehensive evaluation and analysis are carried out in the research and application of intelligent alarm management system in this thesis.First,discussions in the significance of the alarm management from the industrial demand are carried out,and the concept and connotation are summarized.Secondly,from the existing problems of the alarm system,a new alarm analysis project management system based on ISA S18.02 standards and EEMUA 191 and ASM is proposed.Alarm rules can be arranged through the research of data stream event processing engine and the Drools rules engine technology.Through the single and multiple alarm design research,the misinformation and missing detection speed and contradiction of robustness are revealed.The solving methods in common use are given,including the delay of single alarm,dead zone and filtering and the statistical analysis and causal alarm recognition of multiple alarms.Based on the ECA and advanced alarm suppression technology research,advanced alarm recognition,analysis and evaluation in the process are implemented.Intelligent alarm management system can realize the actual acquisition of the underlying system alarm event,unified the alarm data,statistics and analysis,integrate the alarm information,rapidlyidentifying the different kinds of alarm,automatic suppress the frequent unnecessary alarm,outstand the important alarm,classify the different alarm information have the function of logic judgment,and alarm statistics,the alarm information is displayed by monitoring page form and alarm prediction analysis,the guidance for the operator to eliminate the alarm is provided.Finally,in this intelligent alarm management system,the alarm management function and performance tested and verified.Through the verification,the alarm management system can be applied in the common field of industrial control application,can realize the real-time monitoring and automatic alarm filtering,can be integrated alarm and process data are revised in the accident and alarm strategy review? through the detection mechanism of complex events,the real-time anomaly detection for the interlock in complex conditions are realized,device are safely and smoothly operated.
