Harbin-Dalian high-speed rail is to build the transmission network management system that plays an important role on the long distance transmission management, but plays a little role on the local access business which results in the waste of resource, inconvenient for remote management and fault judgment. In addition, the business process that the transmission system manages becomes more and more complex, so it is necessary to improve functional characteristics and flexibility of the whole system. Data Network Management System in Harbin Administration of Harbin-Dalian High-Speed Rail is to solve the above questions. The whole Data Network Management System includes alarm subsystem, resource subsystem, topology subsystem. I’m just responsible for the design and implementation of alarm subsystem as to the system is too tremendous.The alarm subsystem gathers quasi real-time device information, analyzes a batch of alarm information and provides a platform for alarm query, affirming, synchronization, shielding, deleting and statistic analysis, etc. It also subdivides the types of the device alarm informations, diagnoses equipment problems and needs, generates alarm information and transmits voice prompt. In order to improve the network effect of visual management and sustain more businesses, it provides all kinds of functions that the business department needs, such as management and updating service. The subject analyzes the needs of function and data for the whole system and introduce the development environment firstly. Then it introduces the development and design of EJB components and divides funtion modules for the alarm subsystem in the profile design.Moreover, it implements these function modules and integrates into a whole system in the detailed design. The design bases on J2 EE architecture, adopts EJB and Java Swing/AWT tecnologies and use JBoss as server. It also uses JBoss MQ to send message queues, My Eclipse as IDE and Oracle 11 g as database. The system realizes the basic functions that should have, which includes alarm fielding, anteversion and real-time monitoring, ect. At last, it gives several important module’s funtional tests and the results meet the targets preferablely. The subject basically meets the regulatory requirements and inicial design goals.
