Design And Development Of Employment Management Information System Based On Decision Tree

The thesis based on an existing data resource combines the techniques of data warehousing,the data-line analysis to data mining;and analyzes the relationship between multiple influencing factors and employment outcomes.and which is served as a center to construct the employment management information system.The system can solve the problem of long,ineffective management,and can also work for the further improving the quality of college graduates and employment on purpose.The cotents are as following:(1)To the poor analysis of employment,adapting online data analysis methods to study the relationshop between the influence of graduate employment,regions,majors,the class,the gender,and the number of employment of graduates.Then,discussing the results of online analytical processing.(2)Using data mining to improve the tree algorithm of C4.5,starting the relationshop between the student 's employment information,and their academic performance.(3)Based on data warehouse,data-line analysis,and data mining constructing graduate employment management information systems,in order to improve the efficiency of school management department graduates.(4)Improving C4.5 decision tree mining algorithms,proposing a dual entropy mean decision tree algorithm.More academic graduates basic data and related data has more corelations,the traditional decision tree algorithm C4.5 prone appears to meaningless branches,and over-fitting issues.Based on double the average entropy decision tree algorithm,by calculating the entropy of a subset of the sample mean,sorting,merging,for two times attributing to information gain as amended,and as the basis for attribute selection,so as to solve the traditional C4.5 decision tree algorithms interpretability poor,prone to fragmentation and other issues.Based on the above researches,we can design and exploreg the employment of college graduates management information system,design to make use of data processing module,and design a good way of showing the results of data processing.In practical applications,the system can improve school graduates employment management efficiency effectively,and provide the scientific basis for the school management to adjust to teaching.
