With the rapid growth of automobile industr y,Chinahas become the world's main automobile production and sales.Up to dozens of insurance companies,insurance agent license has been issued up to hundreds and they are serious homogenization of competition.Based on almost same service and price,how to improve user experience and increase competition is now a big problem that vehicle insurance companies face.With mature of Internet,Internet of things and other new technology,auto insurance and car insurance industry chainwill face new challenges and new opportunities for development.Vehicle networking,which combines Internet with Internet of things,will become a land of innovation.The traditional model's main service is to provide normal flow of auto insurance for claims of car accident,the driver rarely enjoyed personalized value-added services provided by car insurance agencies.Customer relationship management and maintenance is not obvious,the insurance company cannot understand the user's driving habits,cannot provide personalized servicebased on different user.But vehicle networking will allow the emergence of new insurance agencies forming contractual relationships with customers.Telematics-based solutionis to make the vehicle Internetaccessiblein some way,through built-in GPS module and the mobile phone network sharing.On this basis,further information can interact with people,other vehicles,social,and involving the whole car industry chain through network.Cars by wisdom perceived terminal with Internet access required for network communication functions,w hile providing OBD interface and intelligent sensors,CAN analysis,is responsible for collecting and obtain the dynamic information of the vehicle,sensing driving state of the environment.The device is also responsible for trucking interactive between carsand people.A task-based B / S mode management systemsis designed and implemented for insurance companies to manage personnel management business processes,such as insurance vehicles,car insurance date,and the corresponding failure of the owner relat ed information processing.Meanwhile,in order to allow vehicles to grasp the main vehicle operating conditions,simplifying contact vehicle accidents and insurance companies 4S shop procedures,anandroid Appis designed and implemented.App is used to manage location information of the insured vehicle,condition index,driving record,the message associated with time management.It also makes the rescue and claims visualization to facilitate the user's operation,enhance the user experience.The system has been used by a number of insurance companies.The management efficiency of management of insurance companies has greatly improved.The user experienceof owner is improved too.
