In recent years,Internet environment provides a strong technical support for the crowd-sourcing,crowd-sourcing has become an open innovation mode.Nowadays,crowd-sourcing has gone deep into many industry fields,the field of book publishing is no exception.Since 2011,there have been a number of public publishing platforms at home and abroad,and the operation mode of these platforms also has a big difference.Some publishing giants such as Amazon and Mcmillan Publishing Group has also joined the ranks of publishing platform construction.Some of China's Internet platforms such as Yeeyan also joined the ranks of publishing platform construction via translation publishing.But at present in the academic circles,few people mention and study crowd-sourcing publish.In this paper,the research is based on representative crowd-sourcing platforms at home and abroad.Through the analysis of the operation mode of each platform,the auther sum up the types of all the platforms.At the same time,the auther finds some common problems during all the platforms via studying the operation of each type of the platforms.Moreover,through the analysis of the operation situation of different crowd-sourcing publishing platforms,the paper summaries some factors that impact the operation of publishing platforms.Aimmed at the common problems,the author offers some measures that can solve these problems.Meanwhile,in the last part of the paper,the auther puts forward some optimization suggestions based on the factors that impact the operation of publishing platforms.During the study of this topic,the auther tries to analyze the operation model and operation situation of crowd-sourcing publishing platforms under the theoretical perspectives of media economics and achievement motivation theory through four research methods,including literature research,case studies,comparative analysis and quantitative analysis.The paper holds the opinion that there are three types of operation models based on crowd-sourcing publishing platform,including popular vote to assist in the selection of topics and planning,public collaboration in publishing process and public cooperation to create the contents of books.All types of crowd-sourcing publishing platforms have corresponding impact factors among their operation situation.For example,for platforms based on popular vote to assist in the selection of topics and planning,the impact factors include reader resources,communication channel between writer and reader and so on.For platforms based on public collaboration in publishing process,the impact factors include participant's ability and the rules of benefit distribution.For platforms based on public cooperation to create the contents of books,the impact factors include cooperation members' level and the source of cantents.In the meanwhile,aimmed at the three common problems that include the difficulty of the quality control of books,high quality participation of no guarantee,the difficulty in the protection of the main interests of participates,the author puts forward the corresponding measures from the aspects of content supervision,user development,policy formulation and so on.
