The site selection of 2G communication network base station relies on the on-the-spot data and experienced engineers.This can result in a waste of site resources and cause blind spots for signal coverage and electromagnetic radiation pollution for base stations.With the rapid growth of 3G networks and the increase of demand for better wireless services,there has been an increase of demand for better site selection of communication networks.How to select the base stations scientifically and appropriately with good designs become the shared concern for the mobile operators as well as scholars both inside and outside China because of the increasing scarcity of site resources and the public's concern about the electromagnetic radiations of base stations.To deal with these concerns and demands,this paper has designed a low radiation site optimization by taking into account the 3G network signal coverage,the construction costs and the base station's electromagnetic radiation on the environment.This paper introduces the current development of mobile communication technology,describes some typical spreading model of wireless networks,and explains the effects of various parameters on wireless network communication.For the effects of electromagnetic radiation on the environment,the paper introduces the electromagnetic radiation models,and describes the environmental impact of the base station electromagnetic radiation estimation model.The electromagnetic radiation estimation model has provided evalu ation function based on the base station construction costs,network coverage and the impact of electromagnetic radiation.For the specific case of the base station location problem,this paper analyzes a variety of typical optimization algorithm,based on the characteristics of the 3G network site,and has given an improved flow for the immune clone optimization algorithm.In order to overcome the status quo algorithm premature convergence,improvement has been made for the design of initialization antibod ies,antibody concentration inhibition,clone mutation and elite crossover.The typical function tests show that the improved algorithm has better convergence speed and global search capabilities.Based on the improved clone optimization algorithm,the 3G network base station site optimization has been designed.Simulation tests have been done on the simulation area.The results show that the proposed location optimization program with a smaller cost of base station construction can not only meet the covera ge requirements,but also reduce the impact of electromagnetic radiation station,resulting better social benefits.
