In recent years, with China's economic development people are more and more frequent access to financial, hospitals and government halls and other services work places , long standing queue and disordered queuing became commonplace things in order to ensure these places have a good order and improve the service department and the work efficiency, electronic queuing system emerged at the moment. This paper based on queuing theory and MFC programming technique design and implementation of a support for multiple business of electronic queuing system, realized by machine instead of people queue process.This paper first discusses the theoretical model and queuing system of queuing technology development, and in large on the basis of investigation and study, this paper puts forward a on the business varieties division of multi-queue more service-line-system, analyzes on the bank of queue growl system, and gives the specific needs of the overall design of the system. This paper mainly discusses queuing system demand analysis and the software design part. Based on object-oriented analysis and design ideas, using unified modeling language (UML) is presented the software main function modules of the analysis and design, and emphatically introduces queuing process and audio process of design and implementation. Package of software development using the Visual c + + programming language, software interface simple friendly, truly reflects what you see is what you get . Database adopted distributed design is fully considered system of generality, security and stability.The whole queuing system consists of a queuing host, multiple Windows terminal and multiple large screen and one speaker composition. Among them, Window terminal and big screen connecting communication controller, connection mode can be adopted, wired and wireless in two ways. Communication controller and host serial connecte by RS-232 Serial port. Such a connection way is more flexible and simplifies queuing system software design.Finally, this paper summarizes the work done and existing problems, and to queuing application scope, extension and its further development was prospected.
