Offline Billing System Design And Implementation Based On IMS

With the gradual development of IP network,our life more and more inseparable from the network,people also rises as the requirement for network communication technology,IP Multimedia Subsystem(IP Multimedia Subsystem,IMS)is gradually mature with the development of network,and gradually become the direction of future network development.This article is based on IMS network system and billing system design background,the IMS offline billing system to carry on the analysis and design,first of all,according to the needs of users,the study and had an IMS related agreements,on the basis of the IMS offline billing overall framework is designed.In IMS offline charging system throughout the process,the increase in the number of users in the network congestion problem,put forward the adaptive load balancing solution,will be a very good and adaptive load balancing technology applied to IMS offline in the design of the realization of the acquisition module and billing.In the heart of the design of the whole off-line billing system is divided into two parts: the database module and the billing module.This system is the main development language JSP,in Eclipse and Tomcat platform development,database mainly adopts the MySQL database,MySQL database is a database that can realize multithreading,multi-user server.And billing module design four parts mainly user requests,the billing request to trigger collection,load balancing and billing processing.For billing collection function and got the two functions,mainly is the billing and billing data gateway function.And load balancing algorithm is proposed for the billing data acquisition function,and at the end of the paper,according to the design of a paper were tested,and the self-adaptive load balancing algorithm through the contrast experiment of successfully verified the effectiveness of the algorithm.Our billing system compared with traditional billing system,perfected the billing data acquisition function,effectively solve the user requests increased lead to network congestion problem.
