Research On The Performance Evaluation System Of University Project Based On BSC

As the highland of talent cultivation,colleges and universities undertake the basic functions of teaching,scientific research,social service and cultural inheritance,and higher education is the foundation of sustainable economic and social development.In recent years,higher education has changed from extensive development to intensive development,and the research on the performance of colleges and universities has become increasingly important.Using Balanced Scorecard(BSC)as the theoretical basis,this paper explores the construction of project performance evaluation system in colleges and universities.Through project performance evaluation in colleges and universities and the balanced scorecard and other related core concepts and theories,under the theoretical guidance,according to the school development planning,project construction content and the combination of BSC customer,internal process,learning and growth,financial four dimensions,build the project performance evaluation model of colleges and universities on the basis of this puts forward specific indicators,performance evaluation index system are obtained.In this paper,based on the BSC to design the project performance evaluation system in colleges and universities,is a strategic goal in colleges and universities established under the premise of the strategic target decomposition,clear project construction content and the corresponding relations between the strategic target decomposition,combining school strategy,project objectives,to construct the index system systemically,relevance.Putting the project performance evaluation in the overall framework of school performance evaluation,and taking the strategic goal as the starting point of the construction of the project performance indicator system,will help the project performance evaluation result provide feedback for the implementation of the strategic goal of the university,and provide decision-making basis for the allocation of resources of the university.
