Performance Evaluation Of Logistics Socialization Management In Colleges And Universities Based On Balanced Scorecard

With the rapid development of higher education in our country,there are many challenges and opportunities for the performance evaluation of university logistics management.In order to better adapt to the rapid development of colleges and universities in China,a large number of colleges and universities in China are actively carrying out the socialization of logistics management.Therefore,it is very important to enhance the logistics management level and strengthen the service ability of logistics through the socialized management of logistics.In this paper,the Balanced Scorecard theory and questionnaire survey method are used to study the performance evaluation of university logistics socialization management.First introduces the research status at home and abroad,followed by the definition and theoretical evaluation of logistic socialization in university management performance,again is the current situation of the university logistics management performance evaluation and the existing problems,the fourth is proposed to build the evaluation system based on Balanced Scorecard,and finally to Shijiazhuang L College as an example,based on analyzing the present situation of school management logistics,the logistics socialization management of the Balanced Scorecard performance evaluation applied to college,and puts forward specific suggestions on the implementation of the Balanced Scorecard performance appraisal.The research of this paper draws the following conclusions:(1)this paper describes the relevant theories of management,socialization of university logistics performance evaluation,the balanced scorecard,the paper analyzes the present situation of social management in university logistics performance evaluation.Taking the L Institute in Shijiazhuang as an example,the author gave 100 questionnaires to the logistical staff of Shijiazhuang L College randomly.Through the questionnaire survey found that L college logistics socialization management performance evaluation is lack of scientific evaluation system,the evaluation process is "formalism" and lack of strategic orientation,the application of assessment results is insufficient and the imperfect matching system and other aspects of the problem.(2)aiming at the problems that exist in the university logistics management performance evaluation,put forward to build the Balanced Scorecard evaluation system based on Balanced Scorecard,the overall construction principle,analyzed the socialization of university logistics management strategy development.On the Balanced Scorecard performance evaluation index system selection,determine which of the four index system from the financial perspective,customer perspective,business process perspective and learning and growth perspective parts,analyze the causal relationship between the performance evaluation index,determine the weight of evaluation index.(3)taking L college in Shijiazhuang as an example,on the basis of analyzing the present situation of socialization management of school logistics,the balanced scorecard is applied to the performance evaluation of logistics socialization management at L college.It includes two aspects: the evaluation of school logistics performance,the evaluation of overall Balanced Scorecard and the evaluation of the personal performance of the logistic staff.Finally,some specific suggestions are put forward for the performance appraisal of the balanced scorecard.Through the balanced scorecard,this assessment method can well quantify the performance evaluation indicators,make the results more scientific and reasonable,but also help to improve the deficiencies.Therefore,the balanced scorecard can help the performance evaluation of university logistics socialization management.
