At present,our country is in the key period of economic transformation and Industrial Structure Adjustment,and talents are the endogenous motive force and intellectual guarantee of social development.In recent years,J county in H city has continuously increased investment in talent work and formulated a series of preferential policies for talents,but still can not meet the new requirements of Local Development for talents.Therefore,how to introduce high-level talent,how to build "talent strong county",H city J county is facing an urgent problem.Consulting the materials,it is found that at present,no scholar has made a special study on the introduction of high-level talents from J county in H city.Under this background,In this paper,J county in H city is taken as the main research object,on the basis of understanding the current situation of the research on the introduction of high-level talents at home and abroad,and adopting a combination of various research methods,this paper studies the introduction of high-level talents in J county of H city.First of all,this paper involves the important concepts("talent","high-level talent","high-level talent introduction")to define.Then,from the demand level theory,the flow of talent theory,Game Theory and other related theories,outlined the H city J county high-level talent introduction present situation,combing the high-level talent introduction measures adopted by J county in H city in recent years:Expanding the industry and expanding the talent base;building a strong platform and raising the level of scientific research;innovating the mechanism and stimulating the vitality of work;selecting models and creating social atmosphere,etc.,summary of H city J county high-level talent introduction results.In view of the current situation,this paper sorts out the problems existing in J county of H city in.the aspects of talent quantity,structure,attracting talent resultant force,talent function,etc.After in-depth analysis,the above-mentioned problems mainly stem from:The imperfect working mechanism of talents,such as the incomplete policy system,the lack of market-oriented mechanism for attracting talents,the lack of attracting talents,etc,for example,the low level of economic and social development has led to limited investment in talent recruitment,the homogenization of talent policies has led to a lack of clear policy advantages,and the unclear objectives of talent recruitment have led to a lack of targeted policies,for example,the idea is backward,the channel is single,the way tradition and so on;the talent carrying capacity is not strong,such as the industry level is not high,the industrial structure is not good enough,the university resources is short,the platform carrier is not many,the supporting function is not strong,the service level is not high and so on.By drawing on the experience and practices of the three counties and districts of Nanjing Jiangning District,Wujiang District of Suzhou City and Changzhou high-tech zone,get The following enlightenment:The three above-mentioned counties and districts invest more talent,talent service system more perfect,pay attention to play the role of enterprises and social institutions.Through the above-mentioned research,combined with the reality of J county in H city,the countermeasures for the introduction of high-level talents in this county are consummated:improving the relevant working mechanism of talents,promoting the competitiveness of talents policy,optimizing the ways and means of attracting talents,and enhancing the carrying capacity of local talents.Based on the study of the introduction of high-level talents in J county of H city,this paper puts forward some suggestions on the introduction of high-level talents in this county.
