With the development and progress of society,the country's emphasis on secondary vocational education is steadily increasing,higher standards have been proposed for the update of teaching models."Secretary Practice" is one of the core courses in secondary vocational schools.The content of the course involves two parts and two links of theory and practice.It is necessary to continuously optimize the teaching methods that can promote the combination of theory and practice.This study analyzes the current status of the "Secretary Practice" course for secretarial majors in secondary vocational schools,conducts field surveys on two secondary vocational schools in Shandong Province,and conducts teaching practices in one of the schools.I found that task-driven teaching through specific teaching practices can better meet the teaching requirements of combining theory into practice,analyze the current problems in the teaching of "Secretary Practice" and put forward countermeasures and suggestions for improvement according to the survey results and teaching practice.The full text is divided into five parts:The first part is introduction.It mainly includes research background,research purpose and significance,research content and methods,definition of core concepts,and a review of domestic and foreign research results on the "secretary practice" course and task-driven teaching methods.The second part is the current situation investigation and analysis.Based on the teaching of the "secretary practice" course in two vocational schools in Shandong Province,we conducted a investigation and analysis.The third part analyzes the feasibility of implementing task-driven teaching methods.Starting from the analysis of the characteristics of the "Secretary Practice" course,focusing on the advantages of the task-driven teaching method,the paper gives a theoretical interpretation of the task-driven teaching method in the "secretary practice" course of the vocational school.The fourth part is the practical exploration of the task-driven teaching method in the "secretary practice" course.It focuses on the implementation steps of the task-driven pedagogy and the application of the task-driven pedagogy to the teaching cases in the two courses of "Secretary Practice" during the education internship,and carries out theoretical reflections.The fifth part summarizes the implementation effect.Based on the existing problems,the school,teachers,and students from the three levels of the task-driven teaching method in the "secretary practice" course teaching to further think and prospect.
