| Vocational colleges have trained many skilled talents for China’s socialist construction and are an important component of China’s education system.From a long-term perspective,improving the professional quality of vocational college students is in line with the demand of society for skilled talents.Therefore,it is necessary to improve the quality of vocational education,motivate vocational students to devote themselves wholeheartedly to learning,and lay the foundation for the future development of individual students.Task driven teaching is driven by tasks,where students engage in deep learning with direction and purpose,mainly cultivating their logical thinking and knowledge application and transfer abilities.For the teaching of the course "Database Foundation" in secondary vocational schools,task driven teaching can enable students to improve their professional quality in independent learning and collaborative learning,so as to achieve the effect of in-depth learning.This study reviewed relevant literature on task driven teaching and deep learning,we conducted a survey on the current teaching situation of the course "Database Fundamentals" and conducted teacher interviews.By analyzing the inherent relationship between task driven teaching and deep learning,a teaching structure model was constructed to promote deep learning through task driven teaching.Based on this model,a teaching design flowchart for task driven promoting deep learning was designed.Based on the teaching design flowchart and the content and characteristics of the course "Database Fundamentals" in vocational schools,teaching cases were designed,and teaching practices were conducted in vocational schools to analyze and summarize the effectiveness of teaching practices.Research has found that in the course of "Database Fundamentals" in vocational schools,implementing task-driven teaching activities to promote deep learning enables students to better grasp the theoretical knowledge of the course and apply it to practice,enhancing their logical thinking and problem-solving abilities. |
