Sharing behavior is a social activity in which individuals share certain resources with others. It is an important manifestation of prosocial behavior and plays a crucial role in the emotional and social development of children. The cultivation of sharing behavior has always been the focus of preschool education. With the opening of the two-child policy, more and more children have become elder brothers and sisters in recent years. The increase of family members has changed the family structure and family environment, which will inevitably affect the social development of first-born children. As first-born children, compared with the only child, they are exposed to more levels of social power in the family, and their cognition of social power may be earlier and clearer. When they both recognize social power, their social behavior may be significantly different from that of the only child.Generally speaking,as the main caregivers of children, the mother's personality and behavior will influence the development of children imperceptibly. Therefore, the sharing behavior of first-born children based on social power cognition is closely related to family function and mother's agreeableness.Based on research purposes and assumptions,418 singleton and first-born children aged 5-6 years were selected from 5 kindergartens as the research objects. The research adopts experimental method to investigate the characteristics of children's sharing behavior based on social power cognition. Then combining with the questionnaire method to explore the relationship between the sharing behavior of first-born children, family function and mother's agreeableness personality, and verify the intermediary role of mother's agreeableness personality between family function and first-born children's sharing behavior. At the same time, the differences between the first-born children and the only child in the sharing behavior based on the cognition of social power, family function and mother's agreeableness personality are also investigated through comparative research. Finally, the following research conclusions are drawn:1.First-born children's sharing behaviors are generally at the lower level, but tend to be evenly distributed.Meanwhile, sharing behaviors are self-interested.2.With the growth of age,the level of first-born children's sharing behavior based on social power cognition will increase. After interacting with the sharing object, the specific performance is as follows: When choosing to share with high social power, the sharing behavior scores of the 6-year-old first-born children are significantly higher than that of the 5-year-old first-born children. And when choosing to share with low social power, the difference scores of first-born infants of different ages are not significant.Gender difference in sharing behavior was not significant.3.There is a significant difference between the first-born children and the only children in sharing behavior based on social power cognition.(1)Regardless of whether to choose to share with high social power or low social power, the 5-year-old first-born children's scores on sharing behavior are higher than the 5-year-old only children. When choosing to share with high social power,6-year-old first-born children's sharing behavior scores are significantly higher than 6-year-old only children.(2)In the 6-year-old group, the scores of sharing behaviors of first-born children who chose to share with high social power were significantly higher than those of first-born children who shared with low-social power, but the difference was not significant among the only children.4.The emotional communication scores of the first-born children in family function are higher than that of the only child family, and the egoism tendency are lower than that of the only child family. There was no significant difference in the scores of agreeableness between the mothers of first-born and only children.5.(1)The scores of the first-born children's sharing behavior were significantly positively related to the mother's agreeableness personality.(2)The scores of the first-born children's sharing behavior were significantly positively related to emotional communication, active communication, problem solving, family rules, egoism(this dimension is reverse scoring)and total family function score.(3)The mother's agreeableness personality has a very significant positive correlation with the emotional communication, positive communication, family rule dimensions and total familyfunction scores. At the same time,it has a significant positive correlation with the egoistic dimension and has no significant correlation with the problem solving dimension6.Family function and mother's agreeableness personality can positively predict the sharing behavior of first-born children, and mother's agreeableness personality plays a partial intermediary role between family function and sharing behavior.
