As a hot mind map in recent years,the mind map is highly respected by all walks of life.It helps people to diverge their thinking while effectively remembering words.The application of mind maps in the teaching field has a positive effect on the teaching of teachers and the learning of students.The process of using the mind map is the process of actively mobilizing the“rational” left brain and the “sensible” right brain to combine with each other.In music appreciation classes,the emphasis is often on perceptual listening and appreciation,ignoring the mastery of music knowledge,using mind maps to integrate various elements of music lessons into colorful pictures,students increase their interest in learning It also ivates students' thinking diversification ability,innovative thinking ability,independent thinking ability and cooperative learning ability.This article consists of five chapters.The first chapter is an introduction,which explains the background and significance of the paper,the research ideas and methods,and the current status of research and application of mind maps at home and abroad.The second chapter is an overview of the mind map,a detailed introduction to the concept of the mind map,and a discussion of the theoretical basis of the mind map.It also introduces the drawing method of the mind map.The third chapter explores the current status of mind mapping applications in music lessons from the perspective of students and teachers,and analyzes the existing problems,and then proposes optimization strategies.The fourth chapter is the application of mind mapping in the music appreciation class of junior high school,including three application cases,showing the teaching process presented by different lessons.Chapter 5 is the revelation of the application of mind mapping in junior high school music appreciation classes,revealing the positive impact of mind mapping on teachers and students,and also reflecting on the deficiencies and the need for improvement in the application of the author.Finally,the enlightenment of the application of mind mapping in the music appreciation class of junior high school,reveals the positive influence of mind mapping on teachers and students,and also reflects on the deficiencies of the application and the need for improvement.
