| There are abundant studies on the sense of gain in academic circles,but the research on the sense of gain in ideological and political education of college students is relatively weak.It is an important embodiment of the transformation of the external standard to the internal standard of the ideological and political education evaluation of college students,and a powerful proof of insisting on the concept of student-centered education.Enhancing students' sense of gain in ideological and political education is the inevitable requirement of the reform of ideological and political education for college students in the new era,the key to improving the quality of ideological and political education for college students,and the important guarantee for their growth and development.In view of the complexity of students' sense of acquisition in ideological and political education,this paper adopts the research idea of what--what--why--how to do.Based on this,the article first on college students' ideological and political education has carried on the definition,made clear is the feeling of the ideological and political education for college students to participate in the activities of ideological and political education to make themselves grow up needs can be met after positive subjective feeling and evaluation,mainly including the cognitive sense,emotion get interested,will get feeling and behavior are four aspects of content,comprehensive,authenticity,individuality and persistent characteristics.Secondly,using the questionnaire on college students' ideological and political education workers and college students conducted interviews,summed up the lack of ideological and political education the acquisition performance,including the identity of the part of the college students' ideological and political education for college students activities is not high,to participate in the activities of college students' ideological and political education's enthusiasm is not high,the recognition method of ideological and political education is not high.Thirdly,through the subjective and objective level to analyze the reasons for the lack of ideological and political education of college students,including the lack of affinity of ideological and political education of college students,students' weak subjective initiative and the impact of negative social environment factors.Finally,in view of the difficulties faced by college students ideological and political education to improve the sense of acquisition countermeasures,including improving the quality of education supply,improve the ability of educators,enhance the subjective initiative of college students,create a good environment.To sum up,improving the quality of education supply is to make the content reliable,the method effective,the evaluation dimensional and the discourse warm.To improve educators' ability and quality requires educators to improve their ability to study and judge demands,enhance their personal charm,and enhance their curriculum ideological and political ability.To enhance the subjective initiative of college students is to guide them to eliminate inherent prejudice,set up reasonable expectations,and enhance their perception ability;Create a good environment is to optimize the school,social and family environment,play a positive role of the environment. |
