| Giving priority to the development of education is China’s basic strategy.With the transformation of social structure and the rapid development of economy,China’s education has entered the post Popularization Era,but the gap between urban and rural areas still exists.The quality of education in rural areas affects the all round development of China’s education.Under the implementation of various national education policies,the government and the competent education departments have been improving the education situation in the rural compulsory stage.The development of rural boarding primary and secondary schools has been proved to have played a positive role in solving the education problem of rural left behind children and the balanced development of urban and rural compulsory education.However,there are still various problems in the student management of rural boarding primary and secondary schools,which restrict the development of rural education in many aspects.Using the methods of article review method,questionnaire survey method,interview survey method and observation method this thesis investigates and studies the current situation and existing problems of student management in five rural boarding primary and secondary schools in X city,analyzes the causes of the problems,and finally puts forward some improvement suggestions and countermeasures.In the early stage of the study,the author collected,consulted,sorted and summarized the relevant contents of the management of rural boarding primary and secondary schools through CNKI and other resources and combined with my own work content,then determined the research direction and content of this thesis In the research process,the author distributed self-made questionnaires to the target schools three times to summarize and analyze the collected data.Then the author designed an interview outline according to the situation reflected in the questionnaire,and interviewed school leaders,teachers and students’ parents.On the one hand,the author tested the results of the questionnaire,on the other hand,the author deepened and supplemented the relevant problems.In addition,the author conducted a interview survey in a target school,and conducted in-depth observation and questions according to the questionnaire survey results and interview records.This study draws the following conclusions through the analysis and summary of the current situation of rural boarding school students in the stage of compulsory education.In the management of students in rural boarding primary and secondary schools,due to the imperfect system of government departments and educational administrative departments,the lack of correct understanding of student management by the public,the unscientific content and form of school management and other reasons,there are many problems in student management,such as ignoring students’ mental health,serious exam oriented education,insufficient practical education for students’ safety,lack of humanistic care in student accommodation management After school life can not meet the needs of students and other problems.The causes of these problems include the institutional problems at the government level: the imperfect fund guarantee system,the lax supervision system of the payment process,the lack of institutional standards for student management,and the incomplete establishment of relevant staffing and management training systems for teaching staff;At the social level,teachers in rural boarding primary and secondary schools lack prestige,students’ family education is weak,and community education is absent;At the school level,the management mode of managers is backward,the structure of teachers is unreasonable,there are teachers’ job burnout,teachers’ lack of professional quality and so on.In view of the current situation and problems of rural boarding primary and secondary school management,the author puts forward corresponding countermeasures from the three levels of state,society and school,and suggests that all levels work together to form a joint force to promote the all-round and healthy development of rural boarding primary and secondary school students. |
