Education is a fundamental task crucial for generations to come,as for the significant project,teachers are the basic factors.An education plan should be teacher-centered.Teachers as a key power in the development of education should not be underestimated,which also directly reflecting the quality of education and improving the quality of the nation.As the candidates of future teachers,normal university students directly affect the development of teacher quality in China.As the candidate of future teachers,the concept of loyalty of normal university students to the teaching profession is reflected in people's eyes.As the fundamental method to cultivate teachers' professional ethics,the education of teachers' concept of loyalty to normal university students in normal universities is of great importance.However,since the normalization of employment for normal students,the employment situation of normal university students has become more and more severe,which reflects the importance of the true loyalty of normal university students to the teaching profession.Therefore,the research on teachers' professional loyalty of normal university students is endowed with more important theoretical and practical significance.This study selects normal students as research objects,and defines the core concepts of "normal students","loyalty","professional loyalty","professional loyalty" and "teacher professional loyalty".On the basis of literature review and theoretical research,the author constructs the theory and analyzes the current situation of teachers' professional loyalty of normal university students through the method of documentation analysis,the questionnaire method and mathematical statistics method.And analyzes the differences in gender and so on,the author puts forward some countermeasures to improve teachers' professional loyalty of normal university students.The conclusions of this study are as follows:(1)The status existing in teachers' professional loyalty of normal university students: the overall level of teachers' professional loyalty of normal university students should not be blindly optimistic;Normal university students do not understand the concept of teachers' professional loyalty and ignore the role of teachers' loyalty.Normal university students have an outstanding ambivalence towards teachers' professional loyalty.The long-term intention of normal university students to teachers' professional loyalty the behavior of normal students towards teachers' professional loyalty is inclined.The formation of teachers' professional loyalty concept by normal university students is not clear and stable.The reasons are as follows: the stereotyped concept of family education fetters children's thoughts,the dilution of normal education for students' loyalty education,the emphasis of government policy-making on external behavior control,and the superficial individual cognition of normal students(3)The countermeasures to improve the teachers' Professional Loyalty: Family: to encourage the structure of the teachers' Professional Loyalty: a.parents should be clear of non-loyalty stereotype;b.parents should guide the students to plan their own career;School: to improve the students' Loyalty Education in all aspects: a.to strengthen the depth of Loyalty Education in Teachers' physical education system;b.to enrich the carriers of Loyalty Education in Teachers' system;c.to vigorously cultivate the teachers' job of normal students Professional loyalty emotion;Society: to create a good atmosphere for teachers' career: a.to effectively improve teachers' salary;b.to adjust and improve policies;c.to create a social atmosphere of respecting teachers and valuing teaching;Normal university students: strengthen the normal university students' self-education: a.clarify self-cognition and acquire rational professional cognition of teachers;b.enrich professional emotion of teachers,interpret loyalty with enthusiasm;c.keep reserve and build firm behavior with strength.
