Research On The Status And Improving Strategies Of Higher Vocational Students’ Professional Loyalty

As the potential talents of industrial society,vocational students’ professional loyalty is not only the sensitive refraction of the professional ethics transition,but also a microcosm of social change.In recent years,higher vocational education has raised the attention of our country and the society.However,high employment and switch rate make some scholars begin to think about higher vocational students’ professional loyalty.It’s very essential for employment-oriented higher vocational colleges to improve student pool,reputation,sustainable development and so on.So it’s very important to have a research on the status and improving strategies of higher vocational students’ professional loyalty.On the basis of relevant literature review and theoretical research on the theoretical construct,and learn from the research assessment tool,based on 90 students of physical and mental development characteristics of the preparation of "Vocational Students View first test of loyalty questionnaire" in to modify,improve,and ultimately the formation has high reliability and validity of the "Vocational students loyalty Concept questionnaire" based on the test results of test item analysis and reliability and validity on.In this study,the questionnaire as a measuring tool,From Liaoning,Shandong,Shanghai selected 6 vocational colleges 900 vocational students were professional loyalty Survey View.The main conclusions of this study:(1)Vocational Students loyal View problems:the overall level is low,meaning cognitive vague,unreasonable expectations of value,form a path clear understanding;(2)Vocational Students loyal to the Concept cause of the problem: missing of family education,the absence of school education,the dislocation of government functions,the individual understanding is not in place;(3)how to improve Vocational students loyal Concept Solution,change the role of parents to improve school education,social environment optimization initiative to improve career planning.
