| At present,education and training institutions have become a huge force in the domestic education system.For education and training institutions,the core value is teachers.Only with excellent teachers,education and training institutions can provide high-quality teaching and services for students who come to participate in the training.Doing a good job in enhancing the loyalty of teachers is conducive to the retention of excellent teachers in educational institutions.It is an important measure of the talent strategy of educational institutions and is conducive to the sustainable development of educational institutions and the improvement of the education level of the entire society.Based on an in-depth analysis of existing theoretical findings,this paper selects Company X,an integrated education group,which faces the dilemma of a high turnover rate despite offering teachers higher salaries than the industry average.To this end,this paper uses a combination of theoretical and practical research methods to analyze the factors influencing teacher loyalty in Company X and to propose corresponding countermeasures to improve teacher loyalty in Company X.This paper first adopts the literature research method to explore the definition of employee loyalty from domestic and international literature,sort out the factors influencing employee loyalty in enterprises and knowledge employees,and combine the characteristics of teachers in training institutions to propose three main factors influencing the loyalty of teachers in training institutions: salary & benefits,work freedom and personal development.Next,teachers in Company X were used as the target population,and data were collected through a questionnaire survey of 113teachers;SPSS software was used to analyze the data for reliability and validity,and structural equation modeling was used to analyze the effects of salary & benefits,job freedom and personal development on teacher loyalty.The results found that salary and benefits and job freedom had significant effects on teacher loyalty,while the effect of personal development on teacher loyalty was not significant.This paper argues that money(salary & benefits)and freedom are the two main themes pursued by people in contemporary society,and are also the two main factors affecting the loyalty of teachers in training machines.Combined with the results of the empirical study,this paper concludes by systematically offering targeted countermeasures and solutions to enhance the loyalty of teachers in Company X in terms of both salary & benefits and work freedom,providing references and suggestions for Company X to improve its human resource management system and ensure its future sustainable development,as well as providing references for the training industry and other types of enterprises to improve employee loyalty. |
