As the country pays more and more attention to education,the trivial work and huge pressure of teachers are a common phenomenon in today’s education circles,the expectations and requirements of the society and parents on teachers have also increased.Due to various factors,the professional pressure of teachers is increasing,which has a negative impact on teachers’physiology and psychology.Therefore,the professional pressure of teachers must be payed attention to and adjusted,so that teachers can devote themselves to teaching and educating people with a positive attitude.Firstly,the profession of teachers is stressful.The sources of stress for teachers are diverse.They have their own reasons as well as the problems of parents,leaders and students.They are also inextricably linked to the social environment.Teacher professional loyalty refers to the degree of love and loyalty of teachers to their own profession;subjective well-being is an important indicator to evaluate the quality of personal and social life,and it is also an important content to identify individual mental health.The relationship between teacher subjective well-being and teacher personality is most closely.Secondly,a large number of studies have shown that most teachers are currently under greater professional pressure and facing an alienated sense of belonging.As the main body of primary education,middle school teachers play an important role in student education.They are also under greater pressure and face unhealthy physical and mental states,which will greatly affects the evaluation of individual well-being.Therefore,in view of the above problems,it is particularly necessary to study the impact of the subjective well-being of middle school teachers.There have been a large number of studies on occupational stress and subjective well-being at home or abroad,but the previous literature mostly discussed the relationship between the two and adopted.The test method of the mediation effect is to first centralize occupational stress,emotional exhaustion and subjective well-being,and then do regression tests in turn.The research on the relationship between professional stress,professional loyalty and subjective well-being is blank.Therefore,on the basis of previous research,this study takes professional loyalty as an intermediary variable and proposes a hypothesis.Finally,the results obtained through this research:Ningxia middle school teachers’ occupational pressure,professional loyalty and subjective well-being are all at a medium level,and related factors are gender,marital status,teaching school,age,teaching age,educational background and professional title.There are also certain demographic differences;the test pressure and professional expectation dimensions of middle school teachers can effectively predict subjective well-being;the emotional loyalty dimension of professional loyalty can effectively predict subjective well-being;professional loyalty is between professional pressure and subjective well-being play an intermediary role.
