With the development of knowledge economy,the relationship between University and industry and market is becoming more and more close.As an important part of innovation and entrepreneu rship,scientific researchers in Colleges and universities possess the advantages of natural technology,entrepreneurship of scientific research personnel in Colleges and universities is an important breakthrough to solve the problem of low efficiency of s cientific research achievements transformation,It provides strong support for the transformation of scientific research achievements into actual productive forces,and plays an important role in promoting technological innovation and promoting economic development.More and more scholars have joined the ranks of entrepreneurs under the initiative of national policy and the drive of researchers,but the performance of entrepreneurship is uneven.So it is very necessary and urgent to research the influence of entrepreneurial performance of scientific research personnel in Colleges and universities the factors and mechanism to promote scientific research personnel scientifically and effectively engaged in business activities,and achieved good and consistent p erformance.This paper reviews the related literature,based on the theory of academic entrepreneurship and entrepreneurial performance,integrating the entrepreneurial individual,university organization and social environment factors into three different factors affecting the entrepreneurial performance of University researchers.Among them,individual factors focus on the scholars traits,entrepreneur traits,self-efficacy,and entrepreneurial identity.Organizational structure support and entrepreneurial orientation of organizational culture are extracted from university organizational factors.And the moderating effect of social environment on individual factors and university organizational factors on Entrepreneurial Performance.Thus,the theoretical model of the study is constructed.Then,this paper uses 131 survey data of entrepreneurial researchers to do empirical analysis,and the results show that: The scholar traits have negative influence on Entrepreneurial Performance,Entrepreneur traits,selfefficacy,entrepreneurial identity,organizational structure support and entrepreneurial orientation organizational culture have significant positive impact on Entrepreneurial Performance,and the influence intensity of different factors is different.Finally,according to the different ways of influencing factors,this paper puts forward the optimization strategies for University researchers to improve their entrepreneurial performance from individual,University,organization and social level.
