Objective: The problem of drug abuse has become a major public health problem in the world.Long-term drug abuse leads to serious impairment of brain function in drug users,so drug addiction is also a recurrent brain disease,which is also an important reason why the relapse rate of drug users is difficult to reduce.In recent years,the emergence of new synthetic drugs has seriously affected social stability and public security.In view of the seriousness of mecathinone dependence,it is urgent to study mecathinone dependence rehabilitation treatment.At present,sports detoxification has been actively discussed internationally,and sports exercise has attracted more and more attention in the prevention and treatment of drug abuse.Therefore,in this study,according to the addiction characteristics of mekathione-dependent patients,aerobic exercise prescription was formulated for mekathione-dependent patients,and the resting eeg data of mekathione-dependent patients were collected to explore the rehabilitation effect of aerobic exercise on the brain function of mekathione-dependent patients,which is of great significance to the addicts themselves and the society.Methods: The experimental method was adopted in this study.46 men were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group.The experimental group received moderate intensity aerobic exercise intervention for 12 weeks,3 times a week for 90 minutes each.The control group only went through the routine of withdrawal from rehab.In changzhi city,23 healthy people were recruited as healthy control group.Two eeg data were collected before and after exercise intervention,and the eeg data of healthy control group and mecaxidone-dependent patients were compared,so as to obtain the eeg characteristics of impaired brain function of mecaxidone-dependent patients.After 12 weeks of exercise intervention,eeg data were collected and analyzed to compare the experimental group with thecontrol group and their own pre-test data,so as to explore the rehabilitation effect of aerobic exercise on the brain function of mekathione-dependent patients.Results: The results of power spectrum values showed that the Delta,Beta,Alpha and Theta bands in the whole brain region of the mecaxidone-dependent patients were all lower than those in the healthy population,and there were significant differences in Delta,Beta and Alpha.In terms of functional connectivity,the results of coherence analysis and synchronous likelihood were basically consistent,which confirmed that the functional connectivity between the frontal and parietal lobes of mecaxidone-dependent subjects was lower than that of healthy people,and the differences were significant in the Alpha band.The analysis of the influence of aerobic exercise on the electroencephalogram characteristics of mecaxidone-dependent subjects found that 12 weeks of moderate intensity aerobic exercise could improve the damaged brain function of mecaxidone-dependent subjects,showing that the power spectrum values of Delta,Beta and Alpha were improved,especially the Delta band,which were significantly improved in the whole brain region.In terms of brain functional connectivity,the coupling between frontal and parietal regions can be improved,which is greatly enhanced in Alpha and Delta bands.Conclusion: In this paper,by comparing a Kathy ketone dependence of healthy people and people resting state of brain electrical characteristics,confirmed the long-term smoking a Kathy ketone can damage the brain structure,leading to the brain cognitive function in severely damaged,especially significantly reduced inhibitory control function,long a Kathy ketone abuse can also lead to addiction and emotional states of worse and worse,it may also be an important factor lead to addict to withdrawal;Regular aerobic exercise can change the electroencephalogram characteristics of the patients with methicarone dependence,indicating that aerobic exercise can improve the brain function of the patients with methicarone dependence.
