Drug dependence is a serious social problem in China.Synthetic drugs dominated by methamphetamine(METH)have become the most popular drugs at present. In view of the seriousness of METH drug dependence problem, how to effectively promote the rehabilitation of METH addicts is imminent. The way aerobic exercise promotes the rehabilitation of METH addicts has been widely discussed. On this basis, this paper will carry out relevant research.Research one: To investigate whether the task of attention bias can detect the effect of aerobic exercise on the craving levels of METH dependence individuals.Method: In a cross-over design,27 METH dependencies were randomly involved in 20 min medium intensity aerobic exercise task and control task. The indexes of emotional state and craving levels were evaluated at time points before, during and after exercise, the point detection paradigm was followed by the task of attention bias in the post-exercise.Results: The moderating effects of aerobic exercise on cravings extend from exercise to 45 minutes after exercise;Aerobic exercise significantly increased the positive mood of METH dependence individuals;and the response of exercise task under inconsistent category was significantly smaller than that of control task, but there was no significant difference between attention bias and drug craving. Conclusion: Short-term moderate intensity aerobic exercise can temporarily improve the attention bias of methamphetamine dependence individuals to drugs, but attention to task bias is not sensitive to detecting craving.Research two: To explore the changes of neurotransmitters during aerobic exercise improving emotional state in METH dependence individuals.Method: In a cross-over design,26 METH dependencies were randomly assigned to two experimental conditions: 20 min of moderate-intensity aerobic exercise task and control task. The indexes of emotional state, craving levels and neurotransmitters were evaluated at time points before, during and after exercise. Results: The moderating effects of aerobic exercise on cravings extend from exercise to 60 minutes after exercise;Aerobic exercise significantly increased the positive mood of METH dependence individuals;Aerobic exercise significantly increased the dopamine levels, without affecting other neurotransmitters. Conclusions: Moderate-intensity aerobic exercise increasing dopamine levels to promote positive emotion may be a neurological mechanism to effectively reduce the craving of METH dependence individuals. In combination with the above studies, moderate intensity aerobic exercise is an effective means to promote the rehabilitation of METH dependence individuals, can improve METH dependence on the drug attention bias at the same time raise the DA level to promote the positive mood of METH dependence, thereby reducing the thirst for drugs. The results of this study provide a reference clue for the treatment of METH dependence individuals, and help METH dependence individuals to carry out rehabilitation treatment better.
