Action Research On The Construction Of The Social Watch System For Minors Concerning Crimes In China

The problem of juvenile delinquency is a common social problem in all countries in the world.In China,the rate of juvenile delinquency has increased year by year,and the severity of social impact has also gradually increased.And "the juvenile legal system is the greatest invention since the Magna Carta".In punishment and relief,social protection of minors is a great protection of the rights and interests of minors,and also an important sign of juvenile justice progress in China.However,at present,China's laws and regulations have not made specific provisions on the social care system for the youngest,and the construction of the connotation of this system is still in the practical stage of exploration.Based on this,this article conducts research and discussion.This study uses the PT workstation of the Shanghai Sunshine Community Youth Service Center as an example,and adopts the action research method to immersively sense the deficiencies and bridging points in the operation of the existing nursing system.Researchers and social workers who serve as social watchers work together to participate in the research,and go through the five stages of diagnosis,action planning,promotion of action planning,assessment of actions,and summary of actions.Based on practice,they combine domestic.The actual experience from outside makes corresponding discussions on the construction of the social observation and protection system of juveniles involved in crime in China.Presently,the problems of social observation and care of minors involved in crime in China are mainly reflected in aspects such as unclear legal provisions,unclear status of the subject of observation and care,lack of operation mechanism of observation and care,and low recognition of observation and care work.In combination with China's existing practical experience,the construction of the social observation and care system should be a bottom-up exploration process.In specificwork,it can be cut and improved from individual work,group activities,work education,and professional management.In general,the thinking on the construction of a social observation and protection system for juveniles involved in crime can be carried out from two aspects: concept and legislation,mechanism and operation.
