In recent years,juvenile delinquency has become a social issue of great concern to all countries in the world.In China,new laws and regulations are being revised to improve the juvenile justice system.Social work also intervenes and helps the juvenile involved in the crime in the judicial field.For the juvenile involved in the crime,the return to society needs the joint help of the judicial organs and social forces,The immaturity of the minors physiology and psychology,the improper family education method and the insufficient supervision,and the lack of school community prevention propaganda,which leads to the increase of social risk,difficulty in re-socialization and high recidivism rate.The shortage of judicial personnel and the high pressure of work make it impossible to follow the teaching for a long time,thus raising the demand for community-based education.First of all,this paper collates and studies the relevant literature on the intervention of social work in the minor.It analyzes the necessity of social work intervention from the defects of the traditional model of helping and educating,the actual needs of the objects of helping and educating and the advantages of social work intervention,This paper analyzes the feasibility of social work intervention from the legal level,policy level and resource level,and analyzes the freedom and control of community aid from the perspective of institutional environment of social work intervention.This paper selects the assistant work of F institution in ShenZhen city as a case,and uses case interview method and participatory observation method to interview a typical case in the background of ShenZhen city minor assisting and educating project,The main causes of juvenile delinquency are the bias to self-knowledge and external world and others,poor emotional management ability,psychological trauma and the negative influence of peer group,etc.Secondly,according to the cause of the estimated diagnosis,this paper seeks help points and makes a plan for helping the teacher,Social work intervention is carried out according to the Assisted Education Program.The intervention is mainly made by case,group and community.It runs through the stages of investigation,examination and prosecution and follow-up visit.The ethical dilemma of social work in the process of helping and educating is analyzed by the practical cases.Finally,this paper analyzes the effect of community education from the aspects of mental health,parent-child relationship,schooling and employment,peer relationship,etc,The experience of assisting in the community is extracted,the shortcomings in the process of helping are summarized,and some suggestions for improvement are put forward.Based on a case study,this paper analyzes the model of communitybased education for juvenile offenders in combination with the practice of F Institution in ShenZhen City,This is helpful to improve the social support system of the juvenile procuratorial work in ShenZhen city,and to help the minors involved to return to the society better at the same time.
