Study On The Use And Satisfaction Of China National Knowledge Infras-tructure By University Users

The development of the Internet and mobile terminals has changed the reading habits and needs of college users,and the transformation of traditional knowledge service industry and database is imperative.As a representative of academic resource knowledge service platform,CNKI has developed early in China,it shows the development status of excellent digital resources and knowledge service in China,and the study of cnki is of great significance in the exploration of knowledge service mode in China.The development of the platform should be user-oriented,this paper constructs a research model based on the use and satisfaction theory,technology acceptance model and motivation theory.Using the questionnaire and in-depth interview method studies the motivation,attitude,behavior and satisfaction of college users towards CNKI,and analyzes the relationship among the relevant variables.Finally,it is concluded that college users have perceived usefulness,perceived ease of use,trust,cost of reading and normative pressure on the use of CNKI,according to the degree of influence is classified as perceived usefulness,trust,reading cost,perceived ease of use and normative pressure.The user's motivation affects the user's attitude.The degree of satisfaction of users will affect the use attitude.Finally,this paper puts forward Suggestions for CNKI to improve user satisfaction,and can move to the development of other academic publishing knowledge service platforms.
