COVID-19 continues to be a regular outbreak around the world that is having a significant impact on people’s lives.College campuses are also inevitably affected.In response to the COVID-19 outbreak,the universities have adopted closed management measures to effectively prevent the novel coronavirus from entering the campus and prevent the occurrence of clusters of cases.However,it also needs to be shown that the closed management of colleges and universities changes the teaching method,increases the pressure of school student management and service,and it is very easy to appear unable to meet the needs of students,so that students have negative emotions and adverse consequences.For example,a university in Jilin was exposed by the media for its lack of preparedness and inability to meet students’ basic needs,putting the school in a passive state of epidemic prevention.Colleges and universities should attach great importance to the public service after the closure,timely understand the satisfaction of college students,improve the quality of teaching and service,and ensure that the closure management measures get the expected effect.The public service satisfaction of A university during its closed management period was investigated and studied.Build campus public service satisfaction evaluation index system,investigate the satisfaction degree of college students in experiencing the current campus public service,analyze the existing problems of campus public service from an empirical perspective,and put forward targeted countermeasures and suggestions.aimed at colleges and universities during the closed management improve the quality of public services to provide data support and reference.In terms of index system construction,based on the public services provided to students by colleges and universities,and based on the questionnaires designed by other domestic researchers,exploratory analysis was conducted.After sorting and analysis,eight index systems were quantified: Online teaching and management,library services,campus culture and sports,employment services,medical services,logistics services,campus one-stop and other administrative services,school epidemic prevention and management measures.However,due to the implementation of A University’s closed management measures during the COVID-19 prevention and control period,offline services of the three indicators of campus culture and sports,employment services,one-stop campus and other administrative services were affected,and the survey samples were insufficient for statistical analysis.This paper mainly studies and analyzes five indicators of online teaching and management,library service,medical service,logistics service and epidemic prevention management measures of schools.The descriptive analysis shows that students have high evaluation on online teaching and library services,but low evaluation on epidemic prevention and management measures,medical services and logistics services.Online teaching and management had the highest average satisfaction,while logistics service had the lowest score,indicating that students were not very satisfied with logistics service.In the analysis of subgroup difference,there are significant differences between the sub-group factors within and outside the province in library,medical service,logistics service and school epidemic prevention management measures.By comparing the specific differences,it can be seen that students within the province are more satisfied with these indicators than students outside the province.There are significant differences among different grades in library,medical service,logistics service and school epidemic prevention management measures.The satisfaction score of the lower grade students on these dimensions is higher than that of the higher grade students,and there is a great difference in the medical service indicators.Through investigation and analysis,the main existing problems of A university’s public service during the closed management period are as follows.During the period of closed management,in terms of student life,the supplies of campus life are insufficient and the cost performance is low.Inconvenient pickup and express delivery;Campus transportation facilities are not in place.In terms of learning during the closed management period,online teaching students have weak self-control ability,backward campus information facilities,insufficient literature resources and short supply of self-study rooms.During the period of closed management,the medical resource allocation and quality of medical service are insufficient.Mental health problems of students during closed administration.Combined with the above situation,taking university A as an example,relevant countermeasures and suggestions are proposed for the main problems existing in the public service of university A during the closed management period,so as to meet the needs of college students,improve the quality of campus public service and effectively enhance the comprehensive strength of university.In terms of life,the quality of students’ logistics service during the period of closure management is mainly improved from three aspects: strengthening the supply of materials on campus,improving the convenience of express delivery and collecting,and improving the campus transportation service.In terms of learning,online teaching reform and learning environment improvement should be strengthened in the period of closed management from four aspects:strengthening teaching reform to stimulate students’ initiative,promoting campus information construction,ensuring sufficient literature resources and increasing learning places to improve management measures.In terms of medical service,the medical service level during the period of closed management can be improved from two aspects: scientific allocation of medical resources and improvement of medical service quality.Finally,it is necessary to strengthen the psychological guidance of students during the period of closed management.
