Since the reform and opening-up, along with the rapid development of knowledge economy and the gradual improvement of living standards, the current public's demand standards for public services product is becoming higher and higher. To create a public information platform which will be able to effectively meet the needs of the public work of daily life for the public information or knowledge are a new task for the China's current government and the related public service organizations, a practical requirement of improving the scientific development, and the important part for our country to establish a sound public service system, a service-oriented government and a harmonious society.As an important part of the public service system, education has been a focus of attention of the world. And the education development is directly linked to the level of personal and national well-being and development. This thesis took the higher education public as a research object of the study, which is an important part of public service, mainly analysis of the existing problems of current research and construction of our public service platform. And based on the analysis of the questionnaire on the college students'current demand in higher education knowledge, the specific content of the higher education knowledge for college which should be provided by the public service platform to this group of the college students were summed up, and the integration mode of this education knowledge which was provided by the platform were constructed. The thesis included five chapters. The first chapter, the research background and significance of this paper were mainly discusses, based on the analysis to the public service platform's current research and construction situation, the existing problems in it were summarized, the necessary to establish a knowledge services specifically for college students were discusses. The second chapter is the part of the theoretical background of this study, in order to facilitate the expansion and deepening of the problem, the nature of the connotation and functions related to the public service platform, knowledge integration and higher education knowledge were discussed in detail and precisely defined. The third chapter is the data analysis section of the questionnaire and results to the requirement of the current college students' education knowledge, the design of the questionnaire and the process of survey were discussed, and survey data were analyzed in accordance with certain methods, and the content of the education knowledge of the current college students, including English knowledge, computer knowledge, Web-based courses, examination information and knowledge, professional practice information and knowledge, job and venture knowledge, and psychological knowledge were determined and elaborated respectively. Chapter four constructed an knowledge integrated model for the public service platform, the knowledge integration model based on the ontology data warehouse and tacit knowledge integrated mode of domain experts on web 2.0 was mainly proposed and discussed respectively. In Chapter five, the summary and expectation of the study were given.
