Research On Supply And Demand Of Adult Education Under The Background Of Rural Vitalization

In the report to the 19 th national congress of the communist of China(CPC),general secretary Xi Jinping put forward the general requirements of“thriving industries,livable ecology,civilized countryside,effective governance and prosperous life” for rural revitalization development,which provides a strong policy guarantee for rural development and adjustment of urban-rural relations.Rural revitalization needs talents,and talent cultivation relies on education.Therefore,it is necessary to improve the labor skills of rural adults through adult education and turn the existing labor resources in the rural areas into talent dividend.At present,the contents and methods of adult education activities can not meet the needs of production and living of the villagers,and the mismatch between supply and demand of education leads to the imbalance between supply the supply and demand of education,which seriously hinders the effective supply of education.Based on this,this paper J village in xundian hui and yi antonomous country as an example,combined with literature analysis,questionnaire and interview method to the village of adult and production demand and education activities to carry out investigation and analysis,the production and living needs of the village adults and education activities to carry out the investigation and analysis,the results of study found that as a result of education funds,teachers,education content,education mode and the villagers' own problems caused limited in supply education,lack of demand,does not match the imbalance of education supply.Therefore according to the specific situation of research village from pedagogy perspective,from educators,affected by the educators and education recommendations to three factors,in order to improve the utilization efficiency of education resources,improve the method of education supply and education supply and demand present situation,the effective labor solidarity,prompting the village at the same time of economy,living standards,improve their spiritual requirements,and promote rural strategy target total.
