In order to improve the quality of Tibetan talent training and meet the needs of the construction and development of Tibetan areas, the Chinese government has decided to use the rich and high-quality educational resources in the mainland to train talents for Tibetan areas. So far,16 provinces and regions in China have set up special inland classes for Tibetan(ISFT)to receive senior high school students from Tibet to study in the mainland. This group of high school students who leave their hometown and relatives to live and study in a strange environment will inevitably face many adaptation problems.According to the first-line teachers' response, the difficulties of collective integration, poor expression and communication are particularly prominent, which seriously affects their peer relationship and other life and learning adaptation.Research shows that peer relationship is the most important interpersonal relationship in adolescence, which has an important impact on social adaptation and mental health. Therefore,a good peer relationship is of great significance for the high school students of ISFT to adapt to the new life and study smoothly. The researchers have made a lot of beneficial attempts to promote peer relationship among adolescents from different perspectives. Some studies have shown that the characteristics of emotional difficulties, such as inability to distinguish emotions and express emotions, have a better predictive effect on peer relationships.Sifneos(1970)pointed out that alexithymia characteristics are accompanied by specific interpersonal communication patterns, and some studies pointed out that about 10% of individuals in the general population have alexithymia characteristics such as "difficult to express emotion" and "unable to express emotion"(Rodriguez & Tori,2014).Therefore,based on the actual situation of senior high school students of ISFT and the relevant research results, this study investigates the relationship between them and tries to improve the peer relationship by intervening in the difficulties. In this study,130 senior high school students from a Tibetan Class in the mainland were randomly selected and investigated with the TAS-20 and the PRQ.In view of the existing problems, combined with the theory and technology of group psychological guidance,a group assisted intervention program was designed to intervene the experimental group,so as to improve their peer relationship. The results are as follows:1.The self-evaluation of peer relationship of high school students of ISFT is low, among which the score of popular factor is lower than other factors.2.On the whole, the score of the TAS-20 of the senior high school students of ISFT is on the high side, which indicates that there are some difficulties in describing feelings.3.The popularity of peer relationship among students who are class cadres is higher than that of non class cadres, while the difficulty of expressing feelings is lower than that of non class cadres, which has extremely significant difference;however, there is no significant difference in variables such as grade, whether the only child or not.4.There is a correlation between the difficulty of describing feelings and the peer relationship of the senior high school students in Tibet class in the mainland;the three dimensions of the difficulty of describing feelings of the senior high school students in Tibet class in the mainland have a good predictive effect on the popularity, and the subjects with low score of the difficulty of describing feelings test are more popular among the peers.5.In the study of intervention to improve the peer relationship, the pre-test and post test of the experimental group showed significant differences, and there were differences between the experimental group and the control group, which proved that the group assisted intervention to improve the peer relationship was effective, but the improvement of the loneliness dimension of the peer relationship was not significant. |
