In recent years, the correctional school has received more and more attention, it becomes the focus to educate and correct these young people for many scholars and Colleges, treatment of peer relationship is one of the important parts. shool social work is very suitable for the improvement of peer relation both in the form and the interesting content. it often can play a very good role if it could be used reasonablely.The girls' class of Qixin school is my service object, the theme of group work is the improvement of peer relationship. This paper first analyzes the feasibility and rationality of the intervention of school group work in improving peer relationship, and then evaluates the level of peer relationship of the members of group from two aspects of peer acceptance and friendship. Then, carries out eight times school group activities. according to the observation, interviews and other tools, we do the Process and the result assessment. at last, we have some reflection and discussion for the shortage of group activities, and put forward some suggestions.According to the assessment results, we find the group work has effects in improving the peer relationship. the popularity of students in the class have risen, and friends are more close, students are more tolerant to each other. On the other hand, the measurement methods of the peer relationship is subjective, lack of a scientific method to access and evaluate, it has a great impact on the accuracy of the evaluation. and the effect of stability and sustainability also remains to be further study.
