In order to realize the modernization of education and promote our country to become a powerful country in education and a powerful country in human resources,the education department carries on the reform to the basic education,and requires the cultivation of all-round development people.In 2018,there are new requirements for curriculum standards,focusing on cultivating students' core literacy,paying attention to students' main position in learning,paying attention to students' methods and skills in the process of learning,advocating students to take the initiative to participate in learning activities,cultivating students willing to explore,diligent in hands-on,and training students to receive,receive,analyze,solve problems and mutual assistance,cooperation,communication ability.In order to change the traditional teaching mode and increase the students' essential quality,key ability,competitive ability and so on,there are many characteristic teaching modes aimed at developing students' core literacy.The "hierarchical interactive teaching model" advocated by this research is a new model according to the 19 th CPC National Congress educational policy,the requirements of the new curriculum standard and the needs of students' development.In this mode,we should give full play to the concept of "autonomy,cooperation and inquiry" of students,and leave enough time and space for students to learn actively and happily in class,construct knowledge system in learning,and cultivate a new teaching mode of students' all-round development.Through reading,collating and analyzing the relevant documents,this study compares the "stratified "," interactive" and "hierarchical interactive" teaching models,studies constructivist learning theory,learning hierarchy theory,multi-agent theory and so on as the theoretical basis,analyzes the traditional teaching model,and constructs a meaningful hierarchical teaching model for high school chemistry classroom teaching.Carry on the research and practice of the hierarchical interactive teaching model,use the SPSS software to carry on the statistical analysis,show that the model can improve the students' chemistry achievement to a certain extent,and improve the students' chemistry learning interest,learning motivation,learning ability and learning effect to a certain extent.It is proved that the hierarchical interactive teaching model is an effective teaching model in chemistry classroom teaching in senior high school,which can promote students' learning ability and thinking mode.Through theoretical and practical research,the hierarchical interactive teaching model can provide some teaching ideas for first-line chemistry teachers,change some teaching methods and improve classroom efficiency. |
