With the rapid development of society and economy,society's demand for talent personality and diversity is increasing.On September 3,2014,the "State Council's Implementation Opinions on Deepening the Reform of the Examination and Enrollment System" clarified the changes in the subjects of the college entrance examination.This has led to a large-scale teaching model reform in high schools.The traditional high school fixed administration class teaching model is no longer in line with current developments.In order to attach importance to the personality development of students at different levels,many high school schools have begun to implement a class-based hierarchical teaching model.However,the situation of different schools in different regions is different.The layered teaching model based on class system should be based on local school conditions.Therefore,this research is based on practice,researches the layered teaching model of high school chemistry class,and explores the effect of this model in Wuhai No.1 Middle School chemistry teaching.First,review the literature to understand the current research status of the layered teaching model at home and abroad,learn theoretical knowledge about the layered teaching model at the shift system,and participate in the preliminary preparation for the class at Wuhai No.1 Middle School,such as training,lectures,home school Communication,etc.Based on the theory of teaching students according to their aptitude,mastering the theory of learning,recent development zone theory,teaching process optimization theory,and meaningful learning theory,combined with the actual school situation of Wuhai No.1 Middle School and the stratification of students,the teaching objectives and teaching content In four aspects,teaching methods and problem sets,the lesson plans of three layered teaching classes of "Carboxylate" were designed,and teaching was carried out,and reflections were made after class.A longitudinal comparative analysis of the students' performance before and after the implementation of the tiered teaching modeof chemistry in Wuhai No.1 Middle School.The results show that after the implementation of the tiered teaching mode,students have better grasp of the test papers than before.Students at different levels Have achieved a certain degree of improvement.According to the actual situation of Wuhai No.1middle school students,parents,and teachers,they designed a questionnaire,interviewed questions,and conducted surveys.They learned that most students,teachers,and parents have full confidence in the class-based hierarchical teaching model.Problems such as partial students,row of seats,teachers' pressure for preparing lessons,and insufficient communication between home and school.The author analyzes the causes of the problems and gives practical strategies.Based on the above research,it is concluded that the class-based hierarchical teaching mode can increase students' interest in chemistry,improve the efficiency of chemistry classrooms,meet the needs of students at different levels,and promote the establishment of a good study style in the class;most students,teachers,and parents He is satisfied with the layered teaching mode of the class system.The implementation of the layered teaching model of the Wuhai No.1 Middle School has achieved initial results in the implementation of the chemistry course.
