The rapid development of information technology has brought profound changes to education such as fundamental education.The great changes of basic education make normal colleges face new challenges to the training of normal student.Under such background and trend,it is urgent to improve the theoretical level and practical skills of normal school students.However,at present,the traditional teaching mode: "theory-practice" centered,is widely used in technical courses in normal universities.It is worth affirming that the combination of educational concepts and practice makes learners achieve the original intention of "integration of theory and practice".However,the quasi-space separation between theoretical and practical courses in practical teaching leads to deficiency of learners,resulting in ideal teaching effect and practical teaching effect.There is a big gap.In the paper,the current research situation as the starting point,the author carries out research on the public compulsory course of Modern Educational Technology for Master of Education in a normal university.The course mainly includes three parts: theory,technology and teaching evaluation.This paper focuses on the technical part.Using questionnaire survey method to understand the current teaching situation and learners’ needs of modern educational technology courses,analyze and collate the effective data,and take it as the reference basis for follow-up research.Under the guidance of teaching interaction tower theory,mobile learning theory,fragmentation learning theory and constructivist learning theory,a teaching interaction model based on hierarchical tower theory is constructed to provide lessons.The digital teaching resource "MG animation production" in the technical part of course is taken as an example to design and develop teaching resources.The online teaching platform "knowledge plane" is chosen as supplement platform.The application model of the network learning environment is built and the course practice is carried out.The students use the WeChat Service Number to carry out interactive learning.The effect of the experimentation is checked by two ways: quantitative results and post-interview.Practice has proved that the teaching interaction model and application based on the hierarchical tower theory have been highly recognized by learners.The research effectivelymeets the needs of learners’ interactive learning,increases the interaction and communication between teachers and students,stimulates learners’ enthusiasm for learning,improves learners’ operational skills,promotes learners’ knowledge internalization,reduces the burden of teachers,and alleviates the dual separation of theory and practice in modern educational technology curriculum.
