The new curriculum standard(2011 version)requires teachers to pay attention to each student in the teaching,pay attention to the learning emotion and learning emotion of each student;pay attention to the differences between the individual students,so that each student can be more fully developed.However,the current rural middle school facilities are relatively backward,the student base is relatively weak,and teachers have not completely shake off the shackles of traditional teaching concepts.In the face of the objective teaching situation in rural middle schools,it is difficult to meet the requirements of the full development of each student.Obviously,the traditional teaching model can not meet the needs of students' development.Therefore,teachers must fully consider the learning situation of the students and the differences between the students,and target the teaching in different categories so that each student can reach the best development level.The hierarchical teaching method is precisely this teaching mode based on the differences between individual students,which can effectively promote the more comprehensive development of each student.As a rural junior high school chemistry teacher,the author deeply realized the necessity and urgency of layered teaching.Therefore,starting from the actual conditions of a rural junior high school in Fuping County,this study carried out layered teaching practice on the junior three chemistry subjects.The first class of the ninth grade is used as the teaching practice object.The layered teaching method is based on the teaching design before the class,the teaching process during the class,the homework and counseling after the class,and the online teaching in the past two months in 2020 Conducted practical research.This thesis includes six parts: The first part "Introduction" introduces thebackground,significance and research methods of the layered teaching method research.The second part,"Overview of Research at Home and Abroad," summarizes the current status of domestic and foreign research on layered teaching methods using literature research methods,explains related concepts,and explains the main theoretical basis of layered teaching methods.The third part,“Basic Model of Chemistry Teaching in Rural Junior Middle Schools”,used interviews to investigate the teaching status of rural junior middle schools,and introduced in detail the model and principles of experimental classes and the basis and methods of student stratification.The fourth part "Study on the junior middle school chemistry layered teaching practice",the layered teaching method is applied to lessons preparation,class,homework,tutoring,evaluation and other links and specific teaching cases are designed.The fifth part "implementation effect and analysis",combined with the network teaching situation during the new coronary pneumonia epidemic,discussed the strategy of applying layered teaching method to network teaching,and collected relevant data to analyze the effect of layered teaching implementation.The sixth part "Research Summary and Prospect" summarizes the conclusions of hierarchical teaching practice research based on teaching practice and data analysis,and puts forward the problems existing in practical research,and finally prospects the hierarchical teaching method.Practical research has proved that it is feasible to apply the layered teaching method to the rural junior middle school chemistry teaching,and the implementation effect is remarkable: the layered teaching method can stimulate students 'interest in learning,enhance classroom learning efficiency,and effectively improve the quality of rural junior middle school chemistry teaching;The layered teaching method is conducive to narrowing the differences between individual students,thereby promoting the healthy and comprehensive development of students.
