Under the concept of quality education,which requires education must face all students,promote students’ all-round development and personality development,which requires the teachers in the teaching process will implement the teaching principle of their aptitude.The individual differences of students exist objectively,and students’ learning history is different in many aspects,such as learning ability,learning interest,learning habit and learning style.Early middle school period belongs to the compulsory education stage,so the students is more complex,the original knowledge level and learning ability difference,so the different students’ ability to learn and master new knowledge there is a big gap.In this situation,the hierarchical teaching mode emerged.This paper in the junior middle school history classroom mastery in high school second day 1 class implements the application experiment of the layered teaching mode,has carried on the thorough investigation and study,this paper aims to the first class 1 before and after carrying out stratification teaching mode of students’ learning and teachers’ teaching situation,analyzed hierarchical teaching model for junior middle school history teaching can play a positive role.This paper mainly adopts literature research,questionnaire survey method,case study method,observation method and statistical analysis method,through targeted reading related literature both at home and abroad and stratification teaching,thus to the layering teaching are discussed and the definition,clear stratification teaching theory source,and assist in the framework of the whole paper constructs.In the third chapter,the author focuses on the application of the hierarchical teaching mode of junior middle school,first of all,the application object and the application target are described.Secondly,it is an investigation and research on the students’ learning situation and teacher teaching situation in class 2,1.Last around student stratification,stratification of teaching goal,teaching process layering delamination,homework,these four aspects of teaching model describes in detail the application of process,including the theory and case shows,this is the key of the paper.This paper once again at the end of the semester students conducted a questionnaire survey,by stratified teaching model before and after the questionnaire data statistics,comparison,analysis,and 2 class 1 and class 2 in the final exam results contrast,found stratified teaching mode can enhance students’ learning interest,improve students’ learning self-confidence,improve the students’ learning habits,improving students’ learning achievement,promotes the student individuality development,improve teachers’ ability,has very significant teaching effect.Finally,the author puts forward some Suggestions for the implementation of the problems existing in the hierarchical teaching model. |
