Search On The Influencing Factors Of Opinion Polarization Of Microblog Public Opinion Groups

As China is currently at a critical stage of social transformation,social economic growth is rapid,but with the rapid changes of the information society are increasingly intensifiedcontradictions and disputes.Because of the characteristics of networking and virtualization in the information society,the manifestations of contradictions and disputes are not limited to the forms of social contradictions in reality.The conflicts in real life reflected in the network environment and generated by netizens are not uncommon.Due to the unique openness,flexibility,anonymity,and global nature of the network environment,it is difficult to effectively control the contradictions and disputes which generates in a short time.With the relatively weakened social control mechanism and the relatively lagging social management system,how to strengthen social management,resolve social conflicts and social disputes as much as possible becomes the government's top priority,and it is also a key factor to measure the government's ability to govern.The public opinion generated by a focus problem in the network platform is called the InternetPublic Opinion.Internet public opinion provides a window for the public to seek self-relaxation and express their opinions.Meanwhile,it also further exposes the shortcomings of the traditional administrative management system,prompting the government to carry out innovative reforms for the effective governance of the information society.Due to the wide coverage and rapid outbreak of Internet Public Opinion,relevant topics and events can form a powerful network and a social public opinion field in a short period of time.The negative social impact will even change the original state of affairs to some extent.As an important influencing factor and manifestation of Internet public opinion crisis,group opinion polarization can reflect the public's tendentious attitude towards a hot issue in a short time,so that the government and relevant departments can understand the public opinion in the first time,formulate,and implement corresponding measures,which is conducive to the realization of democracy.At present,China's social network platforms are mainly focused on Weibo,WeChat,and forums.Netizens can use the platform to express their views on current affairs and have real-time discussions with other netizens.These online platforms have accelerated the dissemination of information,enhancedthe transparency of the events,and have been able to investigate public opinion to a certain extent,which is conducive to the realization of democracy.On the other hand,such online platforms have gradually become a channel for people to find a sense of social existence,show themselves and vent their emotions.The anonymity of the virtual space itself,such as the network platform,puts a layer of invisible film for people in the network.When people express their opinions,they tend to be radical and easy to form polarized views.The root is that the cognition,emotion and opinion of network group members produce group consistency because of the interaction among members.The result is more risky and destructive than individual opinions,and it is easy to form extreme opinions,that is,group polarization.This article takes Weibo as an example to focus on the phenomenon of group perspective polarization generated in this platform.Based on the abstract analysis and empirical investigation of the influencing factors and the evolution process of the phenomenon of polarization of the group's perspective,the literature analysis method,questionnaire survey method and statistical analysis method are comprehensively used to explore the laws with realistic interpretation and guidance,and build a universally applicable group Perspective Polarization Influencing Factor Model.In theory,the research of this paper promotes the further research on the phenomenon of opinion polarization of public opinion groups,expounds its influencing factors,and provides theoretical reference for strengthening the management of online public opinion;in practice,it is conducive to promoting the government and all departments to further prevent and forewarn the public opinion crisis caused by the group opinion polarization,and to take effective countermeasures to guide the relevant departments to carry out the network public opinion management.
