In the context of social media,the traditional mode of information transmission has been constantly overturned,and a new pattern of online public opinion communication has been reconstructed.With the rapid development of information technology and Internet's application upgrade,the technical properties of new media,especially of social media,provides the material foundation for the spread of public opinion,and provides the civilian and general generalization transmission channel for users,and it becomes a new convenient channels of information release.Many people use the social media platform to release his information and comments on the event.However,with the further development and expansion of the influence of network public opinion in the social media,the development and evolution of network public opinion is increasingly unpredictable,and its' phenomenon of group polarization occurs frequently,which even poses a great threat to economic development and social stability.Therefore,it is extremely important to deeply study and understand the factors influencing the polarization of public opinion groups in the social media environment,and then formulate relevant guidance strategies to timely alleviate or resolve the adverse consequences caused by negative public opinions.The polarization of public opinion group is an important cause and way for the emergence of network mass incidents in recent years,and the social media has become the root cause of the polarization of public opinion group.With the studying on the influencing factors of the polarization of public opinion group from the perspective of social media,it can provide the references for the government to control online public opinion.On the basis of reviewing the connotation and denotation of network group polarization,this paper makes a systematic analysis of the causes of network group polarization,and then puts forward the influencing factor model of public opinion group polarization from the perspective of social media.Finally,according to the principles of promoting social positive effect and restraining social negative effect,the corresponding guidance strategy is proposed,which provides the decision-making thinking and theoretical reference for the government departments to control online public opinions.This paper studies the researching from the summary and combing of the existing research results.With the literature analysis,questionnaire survey and data analysis,this paper confirms the research scope,research focus and research points.This paper sorts the literatures related to public opinion group polarization from the perspective of social media systematically and finds the starting point of the research.This paper defines the concepts of group polarization from the perspective of social media,which lays a theoretical foundation for this researching.This paper finds that from the perspective of social media,the polarization of public opinion group is characterized by emotionality,deindividuation,suddenness,violent language behavior,repeated public opinion and lack of "gatekeeper",which lays a theoretical foundation for the subsequent analysis,and studies the social media environment influence factors of group polarization.With the studying of the sampling survey of Internet users,and with the structural equation model in social media researching,this paper finds that the behavior will affect in the same group identity is greater than the influence on intergroup identity,and the people tends to be in the same group.That is the consensus within the group being high and outside being low,and resulting in a group polarization phenomenon.
