Labor is the essential activity of man and the source of human civilization and wealth.Education originates from labor,and labor education plays an extremely important role in personal growth,social development,and national strength.The11 th meeting of the Central Committee for Comprehensive Deepening Reform on November 26,2019 emphasized the need to fully implement the ethics,to incorporate labor education into the entire process of talent training,and to promote students to form a correct world outlook,outlook on life,and values.Therefore,the article starts with the characteristics of labor education in primary and middle school students in the new era,analyzes the rationality and inevitability of labor education in primary and middle school students in the new era,and probes into the practical path of labor education,which is of great practical significance.The main body of labor education for primary and middle school students in the new era is the new generation who is responsible for the national rejuvenation,and its sense of autonomy and social participation are stronger.Faced with the special subject characteristics of primary and middle school students,we should base on the present situation,clarify the meaning of labor education,innovate the practical path of labor education,and improve the effectiveness of labor education.To this end,the article starts with the Marxist view of labor,emphasizing the combination of metaphysics and metaphysics,aims to achieve the comprehensive development of primary and secondary school students through the "combination of education and labor".And try to use labor education as the unity of the educational process and purpose,in order tobuild a bridge between the self-spiritual world and the external material world in the process of generating talents in primary and secondary schools.Based on the statistical analysis,the article comprehensively excavates the latest information released by the education department,use some of the distinctive school cases of labor education,analyzes the reality of labor education of primary and middle school students,families,schools and society,understands the real appeal of subject and object of labor education.then to explore the current thinking of the solution to the dilemma of labor education in primary and middle school students.On the basis of analyzing the current situation of labor education practice of primary and middle school students,the article discusses the innovative path of labor education for primary and middle school students in the new era.First,the inheritance of traditional labor education methods includes self-labor,housework,school labor and productive labor.Second,the development of the education method of cultivating the "all-round development of people" of morality,intelligence,sports,beauty and labor.It includes the public welfare labor of morality,the learning labor of increasing intelligence,the sports labor of physical fitness,the industrial art labor of cultivating beauty,etc.The third is the exploration of labor education in the new era.Based on the change of labor connotation and form in the era of big data,this article proposes to innovate the way of labor education approach suitable for the primary and middle school students,so that primary and middle school students can realize the concept of labor,the spirit of labor and the transformation of labor behavior in labor education.
