Primary school students are in the critical period of establishing correct values and developing good habits.A thorough understanding of the current situation of primary school students' working habits and their outlook on labor can provide support for the better implementation of primary school students' labor education.As the practice field of primary school students' labor education,on-duty labor,has its important and unique value.The study of primary school on-duty labor,requires not only rational thinking,value clarification,and overall top-down planning,but also rooted in the field of practice,carrying out empirical research,and bottom-up revealing what is reflected in the common occurrences in the field of practice The actual work behavior and cognitive ability and level of the students on-duty labor.On the basis of literature analysis,this study uses observation methods,interview methods,and questionnaire survey methods to investigate the current on-duty labor,status of fourth-grade students in a certain elementary school.Develop a stable habit,the attitude of on-duty labor,is easily affected by external factors,and the cooperation between home and school on-duty labor,is a mere formality.Through a comprehensive analysis of the results obtained from different research methods,it is found that the cognitive level of middle-aged primary school students on-duty labor,is significantly higher than the behavioral level,and there is a phenomenon of separation of knowledge and behavior.After analysis,"the practical dilemma of the schoo","the inconsistent knowledge and behavior of teachers","the neglect of family education" and "the orientation of social environment" are all factors that affect the status quo of primary school students' knowledge and behavior of daily labor.The author tries to help the fourth grade primary school students to activate the motivation of on-duty labor,rejuvenate on-duty labor,develop the habit of on-duty labor,and strive to achieve the knowledge and behavior of on-duty labor The purpose of unity.Let elementary school students continuously exercise their working ability,develop labor habits,cultivate a truth-seeking and pragmatic work attitude and spirit of hard work,deeply understand the value of life realized from labor,and let the practical work of on-duty labor,show practical labor education value.
