The world has reached a consensus that the 21 st century is the century of the oceans.China is a major maritime country and its development cannot be separated from the oceans.The 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China has proposed the strategic goals of a maritime power,and the realization of the goal of building a maritime power also requires the support of maritime awareness and cultural soft power.It is imperative to carry out marine awareness education under the strategic goals of a maritime power.The data shows that the lack of marine consciousness in primary and middle school students in our country makes marine awareness education particularly important.The advantages of school-based courses are that they can adapt to schools and make up for the shortcomings of the national curriculum;system education,provide new teaching methods;implement activities,and improve the quality of courses.Combining marine awareness education with school-based curriculum has become a question worth exploring.Based on related theoretical research,this article focuses on the development and implementation of school-based curriculum in marine awareness education,emphasizing the adaptation to school characteristics,interdisciplinary perspectives,and the application of thematic activities.Forty-third Middle School of Tianjin is an education practice school for itself.It is also the school that this article builds and designs the "ocean" school-based curriculum system.It also designs the "ocean" school-based curriculum system for the practice site.The reference teaching method promotes the all-round development of students and the professional growth of teachers.The full text is divided into five parts:The first chapter determines the research content and ideas.Through literature research,the literature is combed from the two perspectives of marine awareness education and school-based curriculum development,and conceptual definitions of marine awareness education,school-based curriculum development,and interdisciplinary are analyzed.Cognitive theory,Stenhouse's curriculum development philosophy,and "process" theory have guided the significance of this article and determined the research content and path.The second chapter is the status quo and demand survey.The questionnaire survey on the current situation of marine consciousness among middle school students in Tianjin found that the marine consciousness of the students is still lacking,but they are full of expectations for the school-based curriculum of "Ocean".On this basis,the basic framework of the development and implementation of the "sea" school-based curriculum is proposed,including content,learning style,and hours.The third chapter,"Ocean" school-based course analysis process.On the basis of sorting out the relevant cases of school-based curriculum design and combining with the actual situation of educational practice schools,the school's course types,course characteristics and course conditions were analyzed.The four chapter,"Ocean" school-based curriculum system construction.The "Ocean" school-based curriculum is designed with reference to the school-based curriculum design cases in a large number of documents and the design schemes of the school-based curriculum in variousmiddle schools,combined with the analysis process of curriculum development With the six aspects of curriculum guarantee,the school-based curriculum system has been constructed.The five chapter,"Ocean" school-based curriculum implementation and teaching design research.Combined with the actual situation of the internship school,we made plans for the implementation of the three types of courses in the "Ocean" school-based curriculum system: basic courses,development courses,and inquiry courses,and developed a theme focusing on the "Belt and Road" and entering the National Oceanographic Museum.School-based curriculum examples.The six chapter,Effect and Reflection.Summarize teachers 'evaluation of the curriculum through interviews,and arrange teachers' opinions on the implementation of the "Ocean" school-based curriculum,thus preparing for the adjustment and improvement of the school-based curriculum.However,due to the lack of teaching practice,the proposed "ocean" school-based curriculum system needs to be continuously improved in future teaching practice.The third chapter,"Ocean" school-based course analysis process.On the basis of sorting out the relevant cases of school-based curriculum design and combining with the actual situation of educational practice schools,the school's course types,course characteristics and course conditions were analyzed.
