With the deepening of compulsory education curriculum reform,people increasingly think that school-based curriculum development is in line with the actual needs of the development of the times.Biology school-based curriculum development has very important significance,but there are few actual developments in Yantai,and in the context of the "Ocean Power Strategy",the future will require marine talents certainly.For these reasons,this article decided to develop the biology school-based curriculum.The theme is "Ocean and Coastal plants".This research has three purposes and meanings.First of all,it is to provide a reference process for the development of biology school-based curriculum.Then,through the development and implementation of the curriculum,improve the curriculum content,improve the evaluation system,development of online curriculum resources and accumulate material for curriculum cases.This is to ensure that other schools with similar characteristics to use the curriculum.Finally,to summarize experience through the process of development and implementation,this is to provide reference for other researchers.At the stage of theoretical research,the relevant concepts and curriculum theories of school-based curriculum development with the theme of "Ocean and Coastal plants" are studied.Through the study of the concepts,the concepts of school-based curriculum development,marine plants and coastal plants are clarified.The procedure of school-based curriculum development is summarized through the theoretical research of the curriculum.At the stage of school-based curriculum development,the school-based curriculum is developed and implemented in accordance with the procedures of school-based curriculum development.Firstly,the idea and type of school-based curriculum development are determined.Secondly,it analyzes the internal environment,external environment and student attitudes of Yantai S Junior High School,which is to ensure that the development and implementation of school-based curriculum is reasonable and feasible.Thirdly,according to the "Curriculum Standards" and the needs of students,set the curriculum objectives.After that,the curriculum content is set according to the curriculum objectives.The content of the curriculum is divided into three parts: marine plants,coastal plants andprotection of the blue ocean.In addition,teaching materials and Online curriculum resources have been developed in order to meet the teaching needs.Moreover,the school-based curriculum teaching and student evaluation are organized according to the curriculum implementation plan.Finally,the school-based curriculum development is evaluated.The subjects of evaluation are curriculum experts,teachers and students.The following conclusions are drawn based on the effect of curriculum implementation and the results of the evaluation.This curriculum of biology school with the theme of "Ocean and coastal plants" can be implemented in schools with similar characteristics to Yantai S Junior High School.The curriculum helps to improve students' literacy and teachers' professionalism.Although there are many shortcomings in the curriculum,it is still promising because it can provide students with powerful help in understanding the ocean,using the ocean and protecting the ocean.
