The inheritance and development of traditional culture is not simply copying and duplicating,but to innovate and regenerate the culture in accordance with the demands of the current era.Only in this way can excellent traditional culture have great vitality and influence.Teaching is the basis for achieving cultural inheritance and development,and teaching innovation is the only way to achieve the development of traditional cultural innovation.This study attempts to investigate the status quo of primary schools that are constantly trying to innovate in the field of traditional culture teaching and have achieved some results.The focus of the research is on what are the shortcomings of teachers in traditional culture teaching innovation,what are the factors affecting teachers' cultural teaching innovation,and what teachers should do How to further improve the original innovation level,with the aim of effectively improving the quality of traditional culture teaching.In this study,100 teachers from four characteristic primary schools in Inner Mongolia were selected as the research object of the survey on the status of traditional culture teaching innovation through a combination of questionnaires and interviews.The analysis was performed using spss18.0 software.Problems such as being able to understand correctly,fail to accurately grasp the balance in teaching method innovation,fail to accurately create resonance points in teaching content innovation,fail to fully highlight local characteristics in teaching resource innovation,and fail to fully reflect interestingness in teaching evaluation innovation are gradually emerging.Therefore,the overall innovation level of traditional culture teaching needs to be improved.This study suggests that the innovation of traditional culture teaching in primary schools can be achieved through the U-G-S collaborative training mode,the two-way advancement of TPACK technology and phenomenon teaching,the excavation of new materials and innovative moral education points,and the creation of space alliances to achieve the reconstruction of traditional culture teaching innovation.Contribute to the theoretical research of traditional culture teaching innovation for elementary school teachers,provide reference opinions for elementary school teachers implementing traditional culture teaching to improve the quality of traditional culture teaching,and to a certain extent provide reference and reference for the latter to study this field.
