Mathematical modeling is the breakthrough of the current high school mathematics education reform.Mathematical modeling ability is also the synthesis of mathematical basic ability,abstract thinking ability,innovation ability and other abilities.Therefore,the cultivation of mathematical modeling ability has become the focus and difficulty of high school students' mathematical ability cultivation.This paper mainly uses the methods of questionnaire and interview to investigate the current situation of high school students' mathematical modeling ability training,and based on the results of the survey,puts forward and studies the situation driven strategy of high school students' mathematical modeling ability training,in order to effectively improve the high school students' mathematical modeling ability.In order to understand the current situation of senior high school students and mathematics teachers in front-line senior high schools,the author conducted a questionnaire survey and interviews with students and teachers in the first middle school of Dalian Development Zone.The results show that the cultivation of mathematical modeling ability has a very important significance,which has been widely recognized by teachers and students.However,due to the lack of sufficient cultivation of students' modeling ability and students' lack of understanding of real problems,students can not smoothly Abstract real problems into mathematical problems,which seriously affects the mathematics of high school students Modeling level.Based on the students' questionnaire survey and teachers' interview results,this paper intends to introduce the real situation to cultivate students' mathematical modeling ability.Firstly,based on the situational learning theory,meaningful learning theory and emotional education theory,this paper analyzes the theoretical basis of the situation driven mathematical modeling ability training strategy,and summarizes the basic connotation of the situation driven mathematical modeling ability training strategy;then,combined with the situation problems,knowledge and skills proposed in the latest "full-time senior high school mathematics new curriculum standard" Four dimensions of thinking expression,communication and reflection are studied from four aspects: creating interesting situations,cultivating modeling ability,strengthening open training and guiding comparative communication.Finally,based on the proposed situation driven mathematical modeling ability training strategy of senior high school students,taking the "Application of function model" course as an example,this paper studies the specific implementation methods of the situation driven modeling ability training strategy of senior high school students.
