Innovation is the spirit of a nations' improvement. It is alsothe motivation of a nation's prosperity. Today more and moreeducationalists all over the world pay much attention to what tolearn, how to learn and how to develop the students' inner abilityefficiently in this information age. It's an important subject thatevery teacher faces to carry out quality education and to fostera talented person with innovative ability. The most excellentteachers today can't teach their students all the human beings'civilization of thousands of years that has passed. Each teacherhas to face such a serious choice: which is right to teach studentsthe knowledge or to teach their how to learn? We have to refuse thetraditional learning ways and teaching methods and change the lossof the students as main body in study activity theoretically andpractically. Students can study through Mathematical modeling studyand experience the happiness that they have got through their ownparticipation as main body. So students can form active and happyview of life, per suit of value and the spirit of innovation easily.How to take on and spread out the mathematical consents, how toembody the quality education's requiring is a critical problem that the newphase mathematical curriculum reform will deal with. MathematicalModeling which has the unique charm embodies the spirit of themathematical creative education. So based on the research ofmathematical modeling in senior middle school as a beginning research ofthe taking on way of curriculum content, the author expects to provide areferential thoughts and source mathematical for the mathematicalcurriculum reform .The article regards quality education as the starting point , joining thetraditional education psychological theory and modem educating andteaching theory , proposing to pay attention to training for students'Mathematical modeling ability in class. In teaching , create questions withcontradictory fighting for students to join actively into strengthencontinuously their feelings of questioning , to raise their exploring spiritand only to achieve students' change from "taught to understand" to"actively learning to understand" reaching the purpose of improvingstudents' exploring ability.On one hand, the article raises connected proofs of theory on abilitytraining of Mathematical modeling , and expounds the principle of abilitytraining . On the other hand, connecting with practical experience ineducation and teaching, it puts lots of practical examples in and instigatingto explain ideas;in addition, based on teaching of different kinds of classesin senior math to bring out specific practicing tactics, we will reach theconnection of theories and practices .In this present thesis, both comparison-analyzing and case-analyzingmethod are used. Firstly, the author draws out the topic from the realisticbackground and the present curricula background. Then the author didthe further research on Mathematical Modeling in senior middle schooltheoretically. From the above work, at last the author initially studies thecurricula form of Mathematical Modeling and also systematically studieshow to design Mathematical Modeling in the curricula environment.However, from the way of Mathematical modeling, many problems such ascompilation of the new teaching materials , the training of the teachers ofmathematics and mathematics teaching are discussed . In the preface, theimportance and the necessity of Mathematical modeling research areexplained under the background of curriculum reform.In the first part, by using comparison – analyzing method, theauthor shows how activities of Mathematical Modeling is carryingout in and out of China, pointing out that it is necessary tointroduce Mathematical Modeling into senior mathematicscurriculum.In the second part, through the researching of relationship betweenthe feature, educational value of mathematical modeling and the openingproblem, the author draws a conclusion that Mathematical Modeling, asan aspect of problem solving, is easier to cause a learner'saccommodation .In the third part, the author initially probes into the position and thefunction of mathematical modeling in senior mathematics,the principlestrategy and method of designing of mathematical modeling issystematically discussed . The author gives out some questions which muchfurther work need to be done in future.In general, It's important to carry on Mathematical modeling study inmath's teaching. Well-organized class teaching gives it a good chance toprove that it can arouse the students' dynamic role and activity in studythrough "discussing and solving the problems". This provides them a goodexperience to research the scientific knowledge in math's learning.
