The current secondary vocational school of tourism service and management professional talent training mode reform has made great achievements, but there are still some problems, makes the student ability quality existence can’t satisfy the business requirements. To further deepen the reform of the personnel training mode need to clearly understand the enterprise of the various ability quality of the graduates’ satisfaction, targeted improve students’ ability.The idea of this study is the financial affairs as the research object, through the establishment of secondary vocational school students whose major is financial affairs ability quality model, scientific design of the questionnaire, survey the satisfaction degree of the enterprise ability quality of graduates; On the basis of the survey results, analyze the current secondary vocational school financial affairs the lack of professional personnel training mode, to guide the secondary vocational school personnel training mode reform, reform Suggestions and solutions are put forward.
